Leadership Untamed – Spring/Summer 2026
Kruger National Park, Southern Africa
Limited to 12 participants
Step into the heart of the African wilderness for an immersive four-day leadership experience unlike any other. Hosted by Brad Waldron, Leadership Untamed combines adventure, philosophy, and conservation in the legendary Kruger National Park.
Learn to track wildlife alongside expert rangers, explore the African philosophies of Ubuntu (“I am because we are”) and Seriti (the invisible power of leadership), and discover how nature’s laws mirror the dynamics of high-performing teams.
Through guided safaris, workshops, and conservation missions, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of collaboration, presence, and purpose — lessons that will reshape how you lead and how you live.
This journey also supports the Rhino Guardian Project, training local conservationists to protect one of Africa’s most endangered species.

Why Leadership Untamed Matters
I grew up in Australia, and spent a lot of time in the bush. It taught me something no classroom ever could: nature doesn’t lie. You can’t outsmart it, and you can’t fake it. There are laws you have to work within, and when you respect them, you find flow. You become part of the system, not separate from it.
Nature rewards patience, awareness, and adaptability. But go against it — try to force it — and it will wear you down. In that truth lies one of the greatest lessons in leadership.

Africa holds the heartbeat of that wisdom. Watching how lions live, how elephants lead, how entire ecosystems collaborate and compete — you begin to see leadership in its purest, most primal form.
During Leadership Untamed, we draw on those natural laws, alongside the timeless philosophies of Ubuntu (“I am because we are”) and Seriti (the invisible power of presence). Over four days in the wild beauty of Kruger National Park, we’ll track animals, observe the rhythm of the bush, and translate its patterns into lessons for life and leadership.
This isn’t about theory. It’s about rediscovering the instincts that make great leaders — awareness, humility, and courage — and returning home transformed: more grounded, more connected, and more capable of inspiring others to do their best work.
